It's tricky, and I died a couple of times when I didn't have just the right position.
I was able to collect this device, being very careful to stay at max distance possible before unstealthing. Had the same problem with camera angle on this one, too, until I figured out that there is a tiny crease at the back of the tent that allowed me to see inside. The tent on the other side only has one soul device. Some posters seemed to have found a way to do this, but I couldn't get the angle. The one at the back "should" be collectible, but for some reason I could not see the device from behind the tent, and could not find an angle where the device was both visible and in range. I did not try the one near the front as it required getting too close to the mobs on that side. The left-hand tent (as you approach Blackheart) has two soul devices, one near the front as you approach the tent, the other at the back of the tent.
There are two tents near the dias where Blackheart walks around. The reaver stopped and stared at me a long time, but did not aggro. I got stuck in the brazier at the far end the first time and didn't make it into the room. It's safe to run past him (between the wall and the brazier at the corner) into the hall when he is at the end of his patrol, and then run into and around the corner into Blackheart's room. The reaver has a short patrol, stopping just past the end of each side of the hallway. One npc to be extra careful of is the fel reaver that patrols the short hallway leading into Blackheart's room. Just stay as tight to the wall as you can. It is an easy stealth to both Hellmaw's and Blackhearts rooms.
